We provide all of our seller clients with unbeatable market exposure for their properties and we have the local knowledge and transaction experience to guide you with pricing, staging, negotiating, documenting and closing your sale.

You will pay a 4% commission (1% to us plus 3% to the buyer's broker) instead of our normal 6%. On a $500,000 sale, that's a $10,000 savings.

 

Around 90% of buyers are represented by their own agent so we need to offer them a commission in order to reach the largest audience. Even sellers who sell on their own, still usually pay a commission to a buyer's agent.

The terms of any listing will be governed by a separate listing agreement signed by the seller and broker, regardless of anything to the contrary on this website.
