Frisco New Construction Home Report? Here's the market update for September 2017;

Sales in September 2017
September 2017 Frisco New Home Sales recorded 39 sales. The cheapest new Frisco home was sold for $284,000 and the costliest new Frisco home was sold for $779,000. The average sales price for new homes in Coppell was $148 per sq. ft. compared to $155 per sq. ft. in August 2017. The sales price per sq. ft. 12 months ago was $143 per sq. ft. The days on market for new homes were 122.

Low inventory of resale homes has Frisco new home builders scrambling to keep up with the demand. Builders don’t even have many spec homes to sell, most are under contract. For last few years now new home sales have been growing in Frisco Texas because of demand for great Frisco ISD schools. A number of national reputable businesses like Toyota are relocating to Plano near Frisco which are causing an increase in demand from Toyota employee families relocating to Dallas metro area.
