The average sales price for new homes in Frisco in September 2017 was $154 per sq. ft. compared to $147 per sq. ft in August 2017. The average selling price 12 months ago was $144 per sq. ft.

Low inventory of resale homes has builders scrambling to keep up with the demand. Builders don’t even have many spec homes to sell, most are under contract.
