Eligibility

1. I am an employee of Baylor Healthcare System.

2. I am not working with any third party relocation company. I understand that incentives are paid one time per transaction.

3. If selling a home, I currently have no listing agreement in effect with a real estate broker. I understand that I must close my home with a Realtor® participating in this affinity program.

4. If purchasing a home, I have not yet viewed any property that I intend to purchase or signed an agency agreement with any other real estate broker/agent. I understand that I must close on my new home with a Realtor® participating in this affinity program.

5. The home sale must be at least $100,000 in order to qualify for a real estate rebate.

Program Availability

This program is available to participants in Texas. However, you are still eligible to receive the professional services of our network approved real estate professionals in other states.

Within 24 hours, your Program Representative will contact you. He/she will conduct a thorough interview to determine your specific needs when buying or selling your home.
