A CRS REALTOR® is a Certified Residential Specialist - one of the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. CRS agents have more experience and training than the average REALTOR® and they are part of a community of REALTORS® dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere.

Graduate, REALTOR Institute



  • GRI, which stands for Graduate, REALTOR® Institute - is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation.

  • The GRI designation is a real estate industry designation similar to various industry designations such as:

    • CPA - Certified Public Accountant, an accounting industry designation

    • CSEO – Certified Senior Escrow Officer, an escrow industry designation

    • CLU - Charter Life Underwriter, an insurance industry designation

    • CFP - Certified Financial Planner, a financial industry designation

  • This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. This program offers live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise.

  • This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®.

  • GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.

  •  The GRI designation is granted through the Texas Association of REALTORS® whose courses of study meet the standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®.

(PSA) Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification is sponsored by the National Association of REALTORS®.  Working with a PSA adds valuable perspective to your transaction while taking the guesswork out of pricing.  Gain the confidence that the home you plan to buy or sell has the most accurate price.  A PSA strategically finds this number through a Comparative Market Analysis, also called a "CMA" and is trained to do it well.

Accredited Buyer Representative



ABR stands for Accredited Buyer Representative. The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Only 13% of Realtors have this designation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers a commitment to providing outstanding service to real estate buyers. The designation requires coursework and demonstrated transactions as a buyer's agent.

Seller Representative Specialist



Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier seller agency designation in the country.  The SRS is conferred by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®.  The designees are part of an elite group of real estate professionals in North America that have demonstrated exceptional skills in helping sellers with sale of homes.  All the designees are required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in seller representation, pass a comprehensive exam and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist

SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation indicates knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Accredited Luxury Home Specialist

The prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation indicates a Realtor with advanced luxury home training. An ALHS Realtor has tools and techniques to provide the highest level of service to both luxury home buyers and sellers. The ALHS is awarded to a select number of Real Estate Professionals who have met or exceeded the standards of achievement, demonstrating expertise in the luxury, residential real estate market.
