Sell Your Home For $7000 - How It Works

Our mission is to bring down the high cost of selling a home and pass those savings back to you. We do that by charging a flat fee of $7,000 to sell your home. That flat fee includes all the services of a traditional agent, starting with an in-home consultation, professional photography, yard signs, lock boxes, scheduling showings, marketing and advertising. On top of that, your home is listed on the MLS, which pushes your home onto thousands of websites including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. With over 92% of homebuyers searching for homes on the internet, online exposure is critical to attracting buyers. But our services don’t stop there. Our team stays with you, helping you understand inspections, contracts, negotiating offers and closing. A traditional listing agent would typically charge you a 3% commission for all those services. On a $500,000 home sale, that adds up to $15,000! We offer the same service for only $7,000. That’s $8,000 in savings, keeping your equity where it belongs; in your pocket! We’re changing the way homes are sold!

And if your home is generally within 20 miles of the intersection of highways 35 and 635 in North Dallas (our service area), you will pay a $7000 listing commission (plus 3% to the buyer's broker) instead of our normal 6%. On a $5,00,000 sale, that's a $8,000 savings.

Around 90% of buyers are represented by their own agent so we need to offer them a commission in order to reach the largest audience. Even sellers who sell on their own, still usually pay a commission to a buyer's agent.

The terms of any listing will be governed by a separate listing agreement signed by the seller and broker, regardless of anything to the contrary on this website.
