A Little Elm address does not guarantee a Little Elm ISD school. Three districts serve homes with Little Elm mailing addresses, and the boundary can change from one community to the next, so confirm the district for any specific home before you make an offer.

• Little Elm ISD serves most of the town. Its campuses include Little Elm High School, Strike Middle School, Walker Middle School and Prestwick STEM Academy, a K-8 campus.

• Denton ISD serves several master-planned communities along US-380, including Union Park and Spiritas Ranch. Braswell High School, a Denton ISD campus, is located in Little Elm.

• Frisco ISD serves some neighborhoods on the east side of town, including campuses such as Robertson Elementary and Coy Miller Elementary.

Popular Little Elm Communities

Little Elm offers established lakeside neighborhoods alongside newer master-planned communities. Buyers should know that some communities with a Little Elm mailing address sit in unincorporated Denton County rather than inside town limits, which affects town services, tax districts and resident access to town amenities.

• Valencia on the Lake: a 448-acre master-planned community on the shore of Lewisville Lake, with more than 80 acres of open space, an amenity center and a swimming complex. Served by Little Elm ISD.
