A $1 billion mixed-use development - the 370-acre Mercer Crossing development is coming up on the north side of LBJ Freeway near Luna Road in Farmers Branch. Planned for more than 3,000 residents, the project will also include commercial and retail space. This development is bringing hundreds of homes and apartments. It will have 600 single family homes. Homebuilders in the project include Oakdale Homes, First Texas Homes, Megatel Homes, Beazer Homes and Siena Homes. Houses in the development will start at more than $300,000.
