What home types do public sources show?
Villas: a KB Home community named Heath Golf & Yacht Villas.
Estate homes: a KB Home community named Heath Golf & Yacht Estate, with plans described up to 3,707 square feet.
Other new builds: pages for Grand Homes, Altura Homes and Beazer Homes.
Lake-view custom homes: a 2022 report describes a section set apart from the rest of the community, with a 4,266 square foot new build as an example.
Plans, sections and availability change, so confirm what is current with me.
Do section names tell you the lot size?
No. The builder pages I reviewed list homesite numbers or say various lot sizes, and none publish dimensions. I confirm the width and depth for the homesite you want.
