Shaddock Homes is led by Peter Shaddock Sr. as CEO, with Peter Shaddock Jr. and Beth Shaddock as Vice Presidents and Co-Owners, per D Magazine's Hall of Fame profile. Shaddock's own pages show Shaddock Custom under a separate website. A production community and a custom build are different sales processes with different contracts. Who runs Shaddock Homes?

D Magazine's Hall of Fame profile of Shaddock Homes lists Peter Shaddock Sr. as CEO, with Peter Shaddock Jr. and Beth Shaddock as Vice Presidents and Co-Owners. It says Peter H. Shaddock has built homes in Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 55 years.

The same profile lists Shaddock communities in 15 cities: Allen, Carrollton, Celina, Dallas, Fate, Forney, Fort Worth, Frisco, Lewisville, McKinney, Parker, Plano, Prosper, St. Paul and Wylie. Availability changes, so confirm current communities with me.

Is Shaddock Custom the same as Shaddock Homes?

Not as a buyer experiences it. In earlier research I found that Shaddock's own pages present Shaddock Custom under its own website with its own contact line, separate from the Shaddock Homes community pages. Confirm with me before you assume one contract, one sales team or one process.

Why does it matter which one you contact?
