Perry Homes and Britton Homes Communities: The Town, District and PID Picture


Perry Homes and Britton Homes are named in public sources in Prosper, Celina and Fort Worth, and the town on the sign is not always the district on the deed. Windsong Ranch is in Prosper, which has no PIDs. Mustang Lakes and North Sky are in Celina and on its PID list. Light Farms and Mustang Lakes have district conflicts. A 2016 announcement named Windsong Ranch, Light Farms, Mustang Lakes, Phillips Creek Ranch and Hollyhock for Britton. A 2023 release names Walsh for both brands. Public listings show Perry in North Sky in Celina. Availability changes, so confirm current communities with me.


What is the picture at Windsong Ranch in Prosper?

Windsong Ranch sits in the Town of Prosper, and Prosper has no public improvement districts. The county is a per-lot question because Prosper straddles Collin and Denton counties. See my Windsong Ranch guide.

Mustang Lakes sits in Celina, and Celina's published PID list includes Mustang Lakes Annex. Public sources disagree on which district serves some addresses. What is the picture at Light Farms in Celina?

Light Farms sits in Celina in Collin County. Sources I reviewed list it mostly in Prosper ISD, with part of one phase reported in Celina ISD, and report a MUD. Verify the exact lot.


What is the picture at North Sky in Celina?

North Sky is on Celina's published 2025-26 PID list. I have not confirmed the district for each lot, so I do not state one. Read my North Sky post and my Celina real estate page.


What is the picture at Walsh in Fort Worth?

Walsh sits in Fort Worth, and a Perry release names Aledo ISD for Brook Hollow. I have not confirmed any MUD or PID for each section, so verify by address. Read my Walsh guide and Perry vs Britton in the same community.
